Duvi Honig and Pastor Mark Burns to Headline International Interfaith Conference on Capitol Hill: “Spiritual Diplomats — Faith-Led Diplomacy for Peace Beyond Politics”

WASHINGTON, Jan. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Rabbi Duvi Honig, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce, will serve as a keynote speaker alongside Pastor Mark Burns, spiritual advisor to President Donald J. Trump, at the International Interfaith Conference: “Spiritual Diplomats — Faith-Led Diplomacy for Peace Beyond Politics,” taking place January 22, 2026, in the Caucus Room of the Cannon House Office Building on Capitol Hill.

The conference marks the launch of The Rise of Spiritual Diplomats, a global interfaith initiative co-founded by Pastor Burns that brings together pastors, priests, imams, rabbis, and faith leaders from across the United States and around the world to pursue peace, defend freedom of belief, and protect the innocent in places where traditional politics and diplomacy have failed.

Spiritual Diplomats represent a growing movement of faith leaders stepping into spaces governments cannot reach—carrying moral authority, conscience, and shared values rather than political power. The initiative seeks to advance peace through dialogue, quiet diplomacy, humanitarian engagement, and principled public witness.

The Capitol Hill gathering will convene senior religious, civic, and community leaders from diverse faiths and nations to engage in practical discussions focused on shared universal values, including safety and dignity for children, freedom of worship without fear, justice, peace, and human dignity.

Rabbi Duvi Honig stated:

“It is a true honor to bring together faith-based leaders alongside community and government leaders from across the United States and around the globe to build unity and strengthen our world through shared purpose. Partnering with Pastor Mark Burns is especially meaningful, as we see eye to eye on a core mission—uniting humanity in the very places where politics has failed.”

Pastor Mark Burns said:

“At a time when America and the world face rising division and hatred, Rabbi Duvi Honig exemplifies moral leadership in action. His lifelong work of uniting Muslims, Christians, and Jews through commerce and shared responsibility reflects exactly what this moment demands. I am proud to welcome him as a keynote speaker on Capitol Hill when unity is needed more than ever.”
