In a landmark collaboration, the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce who is the Organizer of the Jbiz Expo has partnered with the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to launch a new department within the U.S. Department of Commerce geared towards not only supporting but also empowering various sectors and communities across the United States.
As part of The J-Biz Initiatives the Department is aimed at introducing innovative solutions to our business community, a collaborative effort involving the U.S. Department of the Treasury, OSDBU, and JBIZ EXPO will spotlight Lisa Oliva, Deputy Director & Senior Business Advisor at the U.S. Department of Treasury. Lisa Oliva is traveling from Washington D.C. to support the promotion of the U.S. Treasury’s newly launched 50 States Initiative. This initiative is designed to create opportunities for small businesses in underserved and under-resourced communities.
