The event was a vibrant gathering that showcased over 100 exhibition booths, creating a dynamic platform for a diverse group of participants. Entrepreneurs, small businesses, major international corporations, civic leaders, as well as representatives from local, city, state, and federal agencies, had the invaluable opportunity to connect and build relationships. The day commenced with a Networking Coffee session at 9:00 am, setting the stage for an engaging day filled with exchange, learning, and numerous opportunities.
At 9:00 am, the Networking Coffee session provided an informal ambiance where attendees could mingle with various stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, representatives from small and major international businesses, civic leaders, as well as officials from various governmental levels. Foreign consulates and trade experts were also present, adding to the robust exchange of ideas and potential collaborations.
By 10:30 am, the event transitioned into a Complimentary Panel Discussion titled “The Future of Health Insurance.” Moderated by Sidney Haitoff, Co-Founder & CEO of Mishe, the panel featured an esteemed lineup of experts: Cora Opsahl, Director of the 32BJ Health Fund; Dr. Darren Friedman, Director of the Center for Sports Medicine at NY Presbyterian; Dr. David Berger, CEO of University Hospital at Downstate; Dr. Ahilan Sivaganesan, Spinal Neurosurgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery; and Austin Cheng, CEO of Gramercy Surgery Center.
