NEW YORK — The Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce proudly congratulates Ambassador Dr. Vladimir Božović, Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in New York, on his historic election as President of the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York (SOFC), becoming the first Serbian diplomat to lead the prestigious organization in its more than century-long history.
