Monsey, NY: Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce Hosting High-Level Business Networking Event Award Ceremony at Crown Plaza Hotel
Monsey’s flourishing business community has become a hub of expansion and progress in tandem with the explosive growth of its Jewish population. On Monday, March 20, the Orthodox Jewish Chamber will host its 2023 Monsey Business Networking Award Ceremony Event.
The Chamber welcomes both members and non-members from all sectors to come together to network, advise, innovate, invest and partner. Businesses are invited to EXHIBIT at the event and benefit from the tremendous exposure and opportunities it will afford.
The networking event and award ceremony will take place at the Crowne Plaza Mahwah Hotel. Business leaders and entrepreneurs from across the NY/NJ area will have an opportunity like no other to take their businesses to the next level by drawing on the resources and potential of a vast network of businesses from all sectors of the economy. Members of the Chamber, who are leaders from the highest echelons of the business world, will be merely a handshake away. The event promises a world of possibilities for partnership, acquisition of new clients and expansion into all business sectors, to be arrayed in one place for those privileged to attend.
The continuing success of Monsey’s business community could not have been achieved without the tireless work of dedicated individuals who have worked to empower each and every business and to advocate and their behalf. The Chamber will be recognizing two members of the Monsey community who have distinguished themselves as leaders and innovators and have been at the forefront of the community’s progress in the business world and beyond:
• Rabbi Aron B. Wieder is the Rockland County District 12 Legislator, representing Spring Valley, and the Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee. As a legislator, he fought for fiscal responsibility to resolve Rockland’s deficit and relief for unfunded state mandates to reduce property taxes for Rockland County residents.
• Rabbi Yisroel Kahan is a member of the Rockland County Human Rights Commission. He is also the Executive Director of Oizrim Jewish Council which advocates on behalf of the Monsey community with governments and corporations.
The afternoon event will begin at 1 pm and continuing until 4 pm. It is open to both men and women and invites people of all faiths to attend.
